The Consulate provides birth registration services for children born to Burundian parents in Sudan. This ensures your child's Burundian citizenship is properly documented.

Services Offered

• Birth Registration - Official registration of births abroad
• Birth Certificate Issuance - Obtaining official Burundian birth certificates
• Late Registration - For births not registered within the standard timeframe

Eligibility

Children are eligible for birth registration if at least one parent is a Burundian citizen at the time of birth.

Required Documents

• Hospital birth certificate or delivery record
• Parents' passports or national ID cards
• Parents' marriage certificate (if applicable)
• Completed registration form
• Two photographs of the child
